Uncovering Art

Exploring the world of art: teenagers learn about different art styles and epochs and discuss the techniques and themes of painting. They share their own impressions and thoughts. Using the app Book Creator they design personalised Art Quartets that reflect their individual perspectives and creative ideas.

The creative part of the 90-minute tour centres on staging as a tableau vivant. Works of art are brought to life by re-enacting them with one's own body. This performative method enables teenagers to experience art up close and develop a deeper understanding of the scenes and depicted emotions. The creative work not only promotes artistic expression, but also the ability to realise ideas in a visual and performative context.
