Groups

The minimum group size for all group packages is 20 people, except for Winzer Krems, which is 15 people.

The visit can be part of a booked tour or an individual visit without a tour. Please note that groups without a guided tour must also register.

Guided tours can be booked for all institutions of the Kunstmeile Krems in German and English.

NÖ-Card and other discounts and promotions are not valid for group offers.

Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email to change or cancel a reservation.

Cancellation up to 5 working days before the booking date: no cancellation fee

Cancellation up to 2 business days before the booking date: 50% of the booking fee

Cancellation less than 2 business days before the booking date: 100% of the agency fee

On the day of your visit, you will receive your tickets with your booking confirmation at the ticket office. Payment can be made on site (cash or credit card) or by invoice. Always provide your full billing address when booking.

The booked tour format starts on time. If you arrive late, the tour time will be shortened. We recommend that you allow at least 10 minutes for processing at the ticket office and checkroom.

For security reasons, backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the galleries. Each museum has a free checkroom for groups. Please leave valuables in the lockers provided (deposit: €1 or €2).

It is not permitted to eat or drink in the exhibition halls. The carrying of liquids is also not permitted. 

Austriaguides are allowed to guide groups in the museums of the Kunstmeile Krems by appointment. Please contact us for a voucher agreement.

The restaurant Poldi & Fitzka is located in the Landesgalerie Niederösterreich. For group visits you are welcome to book directly there.
